Villa Eva is more than just a hotel—it’s an entire family that has thrown open the doors to their home to welcome guests from across the globe with the same warmth they would show old friends!
Far from the VIP bustle of Capri, Villa Eva is a soothing oasis under bright blue skies that bathe each window in Mediterranean sunshine, lush with giant cacti, colorful orchids, and aromatic lemon trees. Our garden is a particularly delightful retreat, left to grow without the constraints of rigid landscaping but instead to blend in with the untamed countryside of the island.
Like its inhabitants, Villa Eva is an eclectic alchemy of styles and tastes including Art Nouveau, Moorish, Catalan, and classic Mediterranean with light blue cupolas, arches, and terraces that come together in a unique island style of architecture that pair influences from east and west.
Villa Eva is located in a quiet corner of this idyllic island beyond the reaches of mass tourism and our guests can walk to the center of town in just 10-15 minutes. With the bus, scooter, or taxi, you can be in the middle of the action in only five minutes.
The creativity and spirit of Villa Eva is a reflection of our family, who has been hosting guests for 35 years with authentic island hospitality. You’ll make fast friends with our father Vincenzo, head of the family, a dreamer at heart and the artistic soul of our villa. “Mamma” Eva, instead, is a loving giver of smiles and sincere affection.
They have now passed the management of the villa to me, Carlo, my sisters, and my wife Alma. Though we represent a new generation, we are committed to keeping the simple yet inviting island character of our small hotel intact for years to come.
